Invisible network

Is Universe able to decide to exist? Is able to decide existence of all galaxies, stars and planets? What is behind these processes? Universe was hot and dense at the beginning, 13.8 billion years ago. Then cooled down and later first galaxies were formed. Scientists have theory Universe is made from dark energy (68%), dark matter (27%) and visible matter (5%). Universe making decision repeatedly, million- or billion-times forming stars or planets and it is always different and new idea. Nothing is same in Space. Universe is spreading and expanding to infinite places. What gives Universe ability to decide create entities?

Universe has a deep sense to create always new type and shape of galaxy, different content of planets and always non-identical size of stars. On Earth we see that DNA forming always new forms and shapes of living structures. What if Universe has own 'DNA coding' for any action it made and makes? What if information to create and forms or contents created are part of so-called DNA of Universe? Decision to design means invisible information appears within any process and interaction of dark matter and dark energy into visible matter. It's very interesting Universe creating complete units. Galaxy in which are formed at first stars and later planets, and even life on very specific type of planet. How often is possible to create life in whole Space? Is it some rare kind of invisible information inside DNA system of Universe or just circumstances are not suitable to create properties for launching a life? And even in such a measure like we see on Earth. And maybe once it is possible, then is possible all over the planet and big number of various species.

Don't imagine Universe as a God who has perfect ideas of creation. Universe is not entity of matter, doesn't have even brain function like us. Universe is invisible unit, space, full of invisible information materializing into energy and matter. Scientists only describe laws of physics and laws of nature. Describe results of invisible unit and very intelligent master. Nothing or nobody helped infinite Universe as designer. It is doing by itself and alone. Must obtain intelligent 'DNA system', invisible informational network. We can't measure yet dark energy and dark matter. But we assume it is working on these two backgrounds. When is information occurring then Universe acts and designs. Like in informatics. First command, later output. Universe is able alone to switch on processes, is the first cause and first point. It is hard to describe from where this first information coming from. What we know they are present and changing during evolution of Space. What does it mean that Universe is invisible informational network? Energy becoming mass and mass becoming energy. Universe is point before these processes. Information at the beginning is information of proving existence. Because there is something rather than nothing.

I should also mention that Universe is built from small particles. Everything starts on small scale of invisible fragments. The smallest fragment is for sure information which materializes into small amount of mass and energy. Periodic table of elements obtains 118 various chemical elements with the same number of various properties. The Universe has so many ideas and this is resulting that matter is always not the of same content. Universe is changeable and never the same, spreading information within network to distant parts.
